The George Washington Journal of Law & Technology (“GWJOLT”) is an independent, online-only journal of legal scholarship and the flagship student-run technology law review at the George Washington University Law School.
Next spring, GWJOLT will publish its inaugural issue, which will include contributions from leading scholars, practitioners, or policymakers on topics that address critical issues arising at the nexus of law and technology in fields such as intellectual property, privacy, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital health, online social media, behavioral advertising, and other existing and emerging areas of technology-related law.
GW JOLT is accepting article submissions for consideration in the Journal’s inaugural Spring 2025 issue. Learn more about submissions.
GWJOLT is affiliated with the GW Center for Law and Technology, which provides education, events, scholarship, and dialogue about intellectual property, privacy, data security, and technology law. Learn more about the GW Center for Law and Technology.
